Daredevil Cast Still Ready To Film Season 4

It's been a while since Netflix canceled Daredevil along with all of the streaming site's other Marvel TV slate, but it looks like actor Vincent D'Onofrio hasn't given up on a fourth season for the series.

According to the actor who plays Daredevil's archenemy Kingpin in the Marvel Netflix TV series, he and the rest of the cast wouldn't really hesitate to make a sudden return to their roles if they'd ever be given the chance.

Speaking in an interview with Mail Online, D'Onofrio talks about Daredevil's sudden cancellation, assuring fans that he and the rest of the cast and crew definitely want another season of the series.

"It kind of [left] us all in this uninformed, weird place," he said. "You ask any actor on this show if they want to do it again if they had the chance and they're going to say yes, because the experience was so fun and inventive, and the characters are so strong."

The cancelation came so quickly. Fans weren't expecting Daredevil to receive the same treatment as Luke Cage and Iron Fist because the series was always well-reviewed. Not only that, but Daredevil was enjoying a pretty strong season when it was canceled. The entire thing didn't make sense to the fanbase.

However, fans seem to forget that Disney is preparing for its own streaming service now, and the Mickey Mouse House is pulling the plug on so many of its own shows just so that it can move content like Daredevil into Disney+. Such a shame, but that's just how it's done.

Marvel's latest release, Avengers: Endgame, is currently screening in cinemas.
