Danny Masterson is famous for his role as Hyde in the hit sitcom That ‘70s Show, but multiple rape allegations are now marring his career.

The actor was formally charged with three counts of rape after three women accused him of sexually abusing them, which he has vehemently denied. So, take a look at Masterson’s career amid the controversy, and how much net worth does he have?

Aside from being an actor, the 46-year-old also works as a DJ, using the name DJ Mom Jeans.

He then auditioned for That ‘70s Show, despite being older than the rest of the cast and finally secured his role as the production staff rewrote Hyde’s character to fit his persona.

Danny Masterson’s Rape Case Trial

A mistrial has been declared in Masterson’s rape case. The actor pleaded not guilty and maintained his innocence through his lawyers.

However, he hadn’t taken the stand yet during the Los Angeles Superior Courthouse trial.

"We are not even close to coming to a unanimous decision on any count and are convinced this will not change," the jurors said in a note to the judge, per Variety.

Masterson was charged with forcibly raping three women from 2001 to 2003 and might receive a 45-year imprisonment if found guilty on all counts.

The jurors started the deliberation on November 15 but couldn’t reach a unanimous decision on the said three charges. The judge then released the panel on November 18 and asked the members to return to the court after 10 days

However, when they returned, they had to start the deliberations again after two jurors tested positive for COVID-19, replacing them with two alternatives.

The jury then announced it was deadlocked, and a retrial was set on March 27, 2023.
