Mulan fans might have been disappointed when Disney revealed that it wouldn't include any of the original songs in its live-action remake of the animated classic, but it looks like the House of Mouse has a couple of brand new hits in the soundtrack of the new movie.
Christina Aguilera recorded "Reflection" for Mulan back in 1998. Now it looks like the artist has an updated version of the song that's set to be released by Disney later this month. Aguilera has a brand new track for the Mulan live-action remake too, a song called "Loyal Brave True."
"Loyal Brave True" was released by Disney Music last week together with a confirmation that a new edition of "Reflection" would make its way to the public later this month.

The new song might not have the same feeling as "Reflection" but it does echo the inner strength of Mulan. According to Aguilera, it's a song that balances strength and vulnerability.
Fans seem to have taken to "Loyal Brave True." The lyric video for the song has raked in more than seven hundred thousand views with more than forty-five thousand likes. To some fans, the song takes Mulan's journey into a full circle.
"The film Mulan and the song ‘Reflection' coincided with getting me my first record deal," Aguilera said. "It's amazing to come back to such an incredible movie that's full of power and meaning, and that meaning holds the test of time: staying true to yourself, being who you are, and teaching how to be fearless. My new song, ‘Loyal Brave True,' represents the fine balance between vulnerability and strength."
Mulan is set to premiere on March 27, 2020.
