Despite often being seen together and frequently posting photos where they appear closer than ever, Hughes and Siwa have not confirmed to fans that they are dating.

Chris Hughes couldn’t help but post a steamy photo of himself and JoJo Siwa in bed on Snapchat on Sunday, but later still deleted it.
Before he removed it from his account, though, the internet went ablaze, as the two appeared to have no clothes on while Hughes kissed the “Karma” singer on the forehead as she seemed to be asleep.
"Sleepinnn beauty," the 32-year-old wrote as text on the snap.
This photo was shared with their followers amid growing speculation that they are in a relationship. The Love Island star and Siwa were first linked while competing on Celebrity Big Brother UK, where fans began noticing their increasingly affectionate behavior toward each other.
Just like in the snap Hughes posted, viewers witnessed them cuddling in bed, kissing each other’s faces, and appearing almost inseparable.
Many rooted for their "love," though others expressed discomfort, as this happened while Siwa was still in a relationship with non-binary influencer Kath Ebbs.
After the series ended, the two have appeared even closer, spending time alone together and even traveling to Mexico, where Siwa celebrated her 22nd birthday and described the trip as "magical" on Instagram.
They seemed to have hard-launched their relationship with those vacation photos. But Siwa recently denied the rumors that Hughes is her boyfriend.
In an interview with Ali Peters on Lorraine, she said they’ve never had "the relationship talk" and hinted that Hughes hasn’t "confessed" his feelings to her.
However, Hughes’ recent photo of them in bed might suggest that he’s finally made a move, and fans definitely have a lot to say about it.

But many were also in disbelief, and some even seemed offended, since the snap was shared on June 1, the start of Pride Month. Siwa previously labeling herself as a lesbian and calling herself a "gay pop" icon was brought up by many on X.
One user reposted the photo with the caption, "On the first day of pride month? I’m officially heterophobic."

People also brought up Siwa’s messy breakup with Australian influencer Kath Ebbs, which took place during a Celebrity Big Brother UK party. Ebbs revealed that they were dumped after Siwa admitted she wanted to "explore other things" and no longer saw a future with them.
Many now believe that Siwa may have emotionally cheated on Ebbs with Hughes while they were still inside the Celebrity Big Brother house.
