In the medical field, doctors and nurses face a lot of challenging patients. In Chicago Med Season 7 Episode 3, this may be the case for Dylan and Will. Both of these doctors have not worked with each other for a long time. It is easy to see that in Episode 3, these two will head butts as they deal with a dishonest patient.

On the released synopsis of Chicago Med Season 7 Episode 3, both Will and Dylan will come face to face with a patient who has lupus but is currently in remission. Stevie will also have to face a disgusting donor that is making inappropriate advances towards her. Vanessa, Crocket, and Charles are all hands on deck as they try to convince their young patient to undergo life-saving surgery.

Chicago MedSeason 7 Episode 2 Recap: To Lean In, Or To Let Go

Before Chicago Med Season 7 Episode 3, a conflict between Dean Archer and Dylan Scott is brewing. The doctors in Gaffney are faced with a significant problem, a shortage of beds for patients, and like any hospital, they have to assess the ones who need the beds more. It was ultimately unclear who was at fault for why there was a lack of beds in the ER, but Archer was not helping whatsoever.

There is also a significant conflict seen in Chicago Med Episode 2 between Archer and Vanessa. Both doctors attended a vehicular accident, and they have been butt heading one another regarding the management of these patients. Several problems also arose, and a lot of drama ensued.
