Boruto Chapter 65 Spoilers: Kawaki Unlocks A New Ability
In the previous chapter of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Boruto fights the villainous Code to save Kawaki from being kidnapped, and he's surprisingly able to channel Momoshiki's power without allowing his body to be taken over, and Ada wonders that this could be the side-effect of the medication Amado provided.
Meanwhile, Naruto and Shikimaru discuss the whereabouts of Boruto and Kawaki, and Boruto goes into Sage Mode to try to detect Boruto's chakra, and he is able to locate it. Shikimaru says that he will go with him because he thinks it's too dangerous for Naruto to go alone, especially now that he no longer possesses the power of Kurama.
Back to the Boruto vs. Code fight, Kawaki fights back, and Code looks surprised. When Boruto tries to hit Code with vanishing Rasengan, Code uses his black bands to teleport away. Boruto tries to absorb the black bands but it turns out that they're not relying on chakra, so he can't absorb them because they have a secret component: iron.
Boruto tells Code that he's about to go all out, but it looks like he has reached his limit, and he immediately feels pain.

The title of the latest chapter is The Power of Karma, and it features Naruto on the cover in Sage Mode.
Boruto has collapsed to the ground, screaming in pain and clutching his chest. He feels like he's frozen in time again, and he realizes that he still has some energy left.
Momoshiki shows up in a nearby tree as a thick fog surrounds the battlefield; he tells Boruto that this is a good opportunity to kill Code here and now.
He switches with Boruto, giving Borushiki the energy needed to continue fighting, then uses multiple Rasengans at Code. Code acknowledges that Borushiki has achieved another level of power.
Meanwhile, Sai confirms that an "unidentified charka signature" is fighting Boruto, and Amado agrees that Code shouldn't be able to easily detect Kawaki. Sai says it doesn't matter if Code has more allies coming, and Amado hopes that Kawaki doesn't mess the plan for him.
Borushiki keeps firing attacks at Code, who's able to dodge them using Claw Marks. Ada tells Code to retreat while they still can, but he takes Kawaki hostage and says that he needs him for some "other business".
Kawaki and Code are just about to sink into the last Claw Mark, but Borushiki is able to hit Code's shoulder and grabs Kawaki. Borushiki then tells Kawaki to stop struggling or he will break his limbs, and this enrages Kawaki who charges at him.
Borushiki is able to dodge and pins Kawaki to the floor. He's about to break his arm when Sage Mode Naruto steps in to save him. Code then takes Shikimaru hostage, threatening to slice his throat if Naruto gets involved again.
Borushiki and Kawaki charge at each other again, with Borushiki firing a fully-charged Chou Oodama Rasengan towards Naruto. Kawaki jumps in the way of the blast to protect Naruto, but he completely absorbs its power, shocking everyone.
Meanwhile, Amado is wondering whether it's powerlessness or grief over losing karma that's irritating him.
Surprisingly, Kawaki has activated a new Karma form, with his left eye now featuring a lightly-colored triangle as we see Isshiki's horn and finger pattern appear. Code is thinking that's impossible, and wonders what's going on.
