Black Widow CCXP Footage Confirms Comic-Accurate Taskmaster

There's still a lot to unload from the first Black Widow teaser but now we have some new footage to think about. A new teaser was dropped at the 2019 Comic Con Experience and it confirms that Taskmaster will have a comic-accurate appearance in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe flick.

Although the new teaser was unveiled at CCXP, it has not yet been released just yet. Nevertheless, the description shared on Reddit confirms awesome new details including an epic fight sequence between Natasha Romanoff and Taskmaster. Interestingly, it was confirmed that the villain is wearing his hood along with his mask.

This is awesome news for fans who have only seen a brief glimpse at Taskmaster in the official teaser and were unhappy that the character didn't have his hood. Luckily, we now know that this is something to look forward to next year.

Fans have long speculated that Taskmaster will play a major role in Nat's solo film but it wasn't until earlier this year that we got a glimpse at the baddie in promotional merchandise. We still don't know much about how large Taskmaster's role will be in Black Widow but we're definitely looking forward to learning more in the near future.

Black Widow is directed by Cate Shortland and will also star Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Rachel Weisz, and O-T Fagbenie. The film is the first MCU movie for next year and is scheduled for release on May 1, 2020.
