Joo Gyeong Nam advances to the Cheonmyeong Deliveryman Selection Competition's final round, leaving Yoon Sa Wol and Hyeon Su as the remaining rivals in the second round. However, Yoon Sa Wol decides to save his co-competitor from the hunters.

Although they both arrive at the finish line, he gets disqualified due to his damaged parcel and vehicle. However, Hyeon Su pulls out from the competition after hurting her arm.
On the other hand, Ryu Seok sees Hyeon Su as the refugees' hope who can help him in the Cheonmyeong Group's plans. He launches another tactic that involves disturbing plans for the relocation, something Chairman Ryu Jae Jin does not approve of.
The Defense Intelligence Command receives a tip regarding a tattooed man in a district, leading Jung Seol Ah's group to trap him. However, the man ticks off his own bomb to keep the Cheonmyeong Group's secret from the soldiers.
Yoon Sa Wool goes to the Special District ahead of the selection's final round, where he bumps into Jung Seol Ah. 4-1 becomes his mentor as he prepares for the final round. Meanwhile, 5-8 and his group destroy the generating unit, which the Cheonmyeong Group arranged for the operational test, to delay the company's plans.
Chairman Ryu Jae Jin opposes Ryu Seok's plans to leave the inferior refugees for the Cheonmyeong Group's relocation plans. Ryu Seok plots another scheme by airing the final competition live. But 5-8, his team and Grandpa notice something off will happen.

5-8 obtains a chip from a tattooed man's neck; Yoon Sa Wol, on the other hand, starts competing with Joo Gyeong Nam to become the winner. He intentionally loses in the first round to know his opponent's weaknesses.
Amid the competition, 5-8 starts to discover Ryu Seok's plan to kill the refugees by bombing the districts. Yoon Sa Wool wins the Cheonmyeong Deliveryman Selection Competition, but Ryu Seok discovers that he is a mutant after seeing the cut on his head.
On the other hand, 5-8 tries to save the refugees who watch the final round via Cheonmyeong Group's livestream. However, the bombs in the different districts go off and kill the refugees.
