Behind Every Star Kdrama Episode 8 Recap
Behind Every Star episode 8 starts with Wang Tae Ja’s wife, Kang Gyung Ok, signing a contract with Koo Hae Jun after he invests in Method Entertainment. He ultimately becomes the president of the company and the largest shareholder with 60 percent of the shares.
Although the managers and staff are worried, they find out he will stay more in the US despite having the title.
As he starts his job, Koo Hae Jun meets everyone and thanks Chun Jane for introducing the company to him. He assures everyone that Method Entertainment will be the best in the industry with the help of his assistant, Sunny Lim, as he assigns her as the new manager of the Strategic Planning team.
Ma Tae Oh and his team show disapproval over the creation of the new team. But as the president, Koo Hae Jun, tells them, he can do whatever he thinks the best for the company.
The whole team then discusses what happened to Son Junho and Kim Sohyun, with Ma Tae Oh revealing that Star Media’s Cho Gibong approached them.

In return, he asks everyone to poach Kim Ji Hoon from Star Media and offers a huge amount to anyone who can bring Kim Ji Hoon to Method Entertainment. Chun Jane tells everyone she will bring the actor to the company.
Meanwhile, Kang Hee Sun sparks dating rumors with Kim Jung Don during her audition. After Koo Hae Jun learns about her issue, he tells them to change her agent. The new president calls everyone for a meeting again to iron out things in the company.
Chun Jane almost casts Kim Ji Hoon, but the actor finds out about the scheme Method Entertainment did to lure him into the company. A day later, the actor contacts her with good news.
Ma Tae Oh’s wife puts their house on sale after telling him she wants a divorce.
Jang Myung Ae decides to resign after Koo Hae Jun tells her that someone thinks she is a slacker. It turns out that So Hyun Joo tells Sunny Lim about her doing fewer jobs than what people expect.
The end of the episode shows Ma Tae Oh and Yoo Eun Soo locking their lips together.
