Ryan Wilder's reign as Batwoman in the Arrrowverse continues and now we have a full look at the villains that she is going to face in the upcoming season, including one who is particularly mad.
The CW has released the trailer for the upcoming third season of Batwoman. The one-minute look gave us a glimpse of the rogues' gallery that Batwoman is going to face. Based on the trailer, it seems like Mad Hatter will be the main villain of the season. They didn't indicate though if it's exactly Jervis Tetch. They also gave a look at Agent Carter star Bridget Regan's Pamela Isley/Poison Ivy and a character who seems to be the Killer Croc.
In addition, the trailer also revealed that Alice will be placed under supervised custody, but it looks like it will not stop her from doing her usual antics. There is also a quick glimpse at the new character Jada Jet (played by Riverdale's Robin Givens), the CEO of Jet Industries who may or may or not be the actual birth mother of Ryan as it was revealed in the second season finale that she is still alive.
It looks like the third season will lean more into the Gotham mythos that we know as they are going to introduce the villains that are more well-known or familiar even to the most casual fans. It is still too early to tell if the season will be able to top the previous ones, but it does look quite promising at the very least.

The series has been a decent performer. After all, despite the exit of Ruby Rose after the first season, it still managed to get enough support for The CW to decide to renew it for another season. Ryan Wilder is expected to appear in the upcoming Arrowverse crossover titled "Armageddon" which will be part of the upcoming season of The Flash.
The third season of Batwoman is set to premiere this October 13 on The CW.
