There is little doubt that Bruce Banner has some of the coolest (and sassiest) lines in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. But which one is the best? Avengers: Endgame star Mark Ruffalo shared an awesome throwback to what he claims is the best thing that Banner ever said in an MCU film.
Ruffalo shared a short video showing a behind-the-scenes look at the first Avengers movie. It shows Banner with Captain America, Hawkeye, and Black Widow. Watch it below.
"#TBT to my favorite Banner line from the first #Avengers film," Ruffalo wrote. The line? "Dudes, you're on your own!" he cries as he runs away.
Of course, the line doesn't show up in Avengers. Instead of running away, Banner drops the iconic line, "That's my secret, Cap. I'm always angry." However, it would have been hilarious to see him running away from danger.
Ruffalo will be back as Banner/The Hulk this year but there have been reports that it could be the last time he will play the character in the MCU. This could mean that the Hulk will not survive in Endgame. Nevertheless, we are hoping that Ruffalo will return as Banner in more movies.
The synopsis for Endgame reads as follows:
"The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios' grand conclusion to twenty-two films, Avengers: Endgame."
Avengers: Endgame will hit theaters on April 26.
