Avengers: Endgame Directors Share Touching Captain America Tribute Video

People are already greatly concerned about Captain America's fate in Avengers: Endgame considering that Chris Evans' contract is expected to expire this year. Now the Russo brothers have hinted at Cap finally saying goodbye with a touching tribute video dedicated to Steve Rogers.

The Russo brothers shared the video on their official Twitter account. The fan video itself was created by YouTuber IAmRookie and is a deeply moving tribute to the First Avenger. Take a look at their tweet below.

It's a truly touching tribute to one of the most beloved characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, people were also concerned that it could mean something bad will happen to Steve in Endgame. Joe and Anthony Russo have yet to comment on questions about Cap's fate. For now, we'll have to cross our fingers and hope that Steve will survive this April.

There have been speculations that things aren't going to end well for Captain America. Tennis star Serena Williams had already hinted at Cap's death and it was previously reported that a leak revealed that Thanos will be the one to kill Steve in Endgame. However, it is unconfirmed information so we would recommend taking it with a grain of salt.

The synopsis for Endgame reads as follows:

"Following the events of Avengers: Infinity War, the universe lies in shambles and the remaining Avengers and their allies must reassemble to repair the damage caused by Thanos and bring harmony back to the universe."

Avengers: Endgame hits theaters on April 26.
