This year, Arrow's upcoming eighth season would be the last one for the show. However, we would also witness one of the most ambitious crossover events this year, which is Crisis on Infinite Earths. Filming is well underway for the latter but a recent Instagram post teases a meeting with Matt Ryan's John Constantine.
Arrow star David Ramsey took to Instagram to share a photo of himself along with co-stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, Katherine McNamara as Mia Smoak, and Matt Ryan as John Constantine; they seem to be in the woods of Lian Yu. You can check out the photo below:
There's no telling when the photo was taken and whether if it is for the last season of Arrow or for a scene on Crisis on Infinite Earths. Regardless, it is surprising to see Ryan since this will be his first appearance on Arrow after quite some time.
Another thing to note is that Mia Smoak, Oliver and Felicity's daughter, was present with his father in this picture. Mia was just born in the present so this is a future version of Mia. This also suggests that there could be some time travel happening for the show where Oliver either intentionally meets her daughter in the future or accidentally encounters her in the process. If this were true, this could be a sentimental scene for the fans.
What do you think of Ramsey's photo? Do you think the four them would be in a scene together for Arrow or for Crisis on Infinite Earths?
Crisis on Infinite Earths will start with Supergirl on Dec. 8, and continue with Batwoman (Dec. 9) and The Flash (Dec. 10). The whole event ends on Jan. 14 with Arrow and DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
