People are still talking about the new trailer for The Batman that was dropped during DC FanDome. After all, the new teaser gave us more footage featuring Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman. Not surprisingly, Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom star Jason Momoa is proud of his stepdaughter. Now, he is hyping up Kravitz's performance in the upcoming DC flick.
Momoa reposted the teaser for The Batman on his official Instagram account. He also added a proud caption expressing his support for Kravitz's new movie. Check it out below.
"So proud of you zozo bear @zoeisabellakravitz can’t wait to see this movie. @greigfraser_dp you killed it. Dune and Batman. My man. Aloha j," Momoa wrote.
The post also praises The Batman cinematographer Greig Fraser, who worked on Momoa's other movie Dune. Fraser certainly deserves the praise since the trailers for both films tease at a job well done.
For those who didn't know, Momoa is married to Kravitz's mother Lisa Bonet. This also isn't the first time that the Justice League star has expressed his support for his stepdaughter. Momoa regularly posts about Kravitz's previous works on his Instagram account.
Kravitz's version of Selina Kyle is just one of the many things that fans are loving in The Batman trailer. The teaser also gives us more of Paul Dano's The Riddler although the villain's face is never shown. Hopefully, we'll finally get to see him in the next trailer.
In the meantime, Momoa is hard at work on Aquaman 2 which will continue with Arthur Curry's story. This time, the superhero could be searching for the mysterious underwater city of Necrus which only appears once a year. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
The Batman will hit theaters on March 4, 2022. Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom is scheduled for release on December 16, 2022.
