Even if you don't watch Game of Thrones, taking a peek at social media paints a clear picture about the current season; it really sucks. Yes, it has fans that defend it and says other people do not "get it" but the majority seem to agree that the final season is awful with most just sticking with it since the show is ending. We've seen old clips implying that Emilia Clarke is not a fan of this season and now, an old interview with Peter Dinklage is doing the same.
During an interview with ET, Dinklage is asked about his thoughts in regards to the final season. While he does claim that the writers are great, even praising the ending, Dinklage does so in an unenthused way and he even rolls his eyes after the interview. It seems like a lot of the actors do not like this season.
It seems like things have been taking a downward spiral since the third episode when many claimed that it ended in an anticlimactic way. Soon enough, we got more pointless deaths, rushed characterization, and progress for certain characters being thrown to the bin for a "cool moment."
These guys are taking over Star Wars, right? Maybe Rian Johnson isn't so bad after all.
Game of Thrones' final episode comes out this weekend.
