Ahsoka Series Reportedly Finds Ezra Bridger and Star Wars Fans are Celebrating


There is little doubt that fans have been hoping to find out what happened to Ezra Bridger after the events in Star Wars Rebels. But is it possible we'll finally get to learn about the young Jedi's fate? It has been reported that Aladdin star Mena Massoud has been cast as Ezra in the Ahsoka Tano series and Star Wars fans is celebrating.

LRM Online has just reported that Ahsoka has finally cast the live-action version of Ezra and Grand Admiral Thrawn. It was confirmed that Massoud will portray the young Jedi while Thrawn's voice actor Lars Mikkelsen will play his character yet again but this time, in live-action.

This is exciting news considering that Star Wars fans have been looking for Ezra since Rebels concluded. For now, the news has not yet been confirmed by Disney and Lucasfilm but fans are already celebrating as they have finally found Ezra.

By the end of Rebels, Ezra decided to stay in Thrawn's flagship as it was taken into hyperspace into an unknown location. Since then, Ahsoka and Sabine Wren have teamed up to find Ezra.

People have been expecting to see Ezra and Thrawn since Rosario Dawson debuted as the live-action version of Ahsoka in The Mandalorian Season 2. Although that didn't happen in the show, hope was renewed when the Ahsoka series was officially announced.

Ezra and Thrawn are not the only Rebels characters who are expected to show up in Ahsoka. There are also speculations that Sabine will be set for her live-action debut in the series. For now, there haven't been reports about the character's casting. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.

Ahsoka has not yet been given an official production start date. Likewise, it has not yet been given a release date.
