AGBO Superhero League: Karen Gillan Fantastically Fires Back at Ryan Reynolds

The Russo Brothers have started their own version of fantasy football with superheroes in the form of the AGBO Superhero League. The whole thing is basically a charity event where celebrities get to talk trash to each other and the winner gets money for their charity. Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool) had fired a shot at Karen Gillan (Guardians of the Galaxy) earlier today, and now Gillan has retaliated in fantastic fashion.

While I think it would have been hilarious for her to get a Deadpool figure and set it on fire, she went the extra mile and got torched a Spider-Man figure instead. It totally came out of the blue, but I'm sure a lot of fans will appreciate the inside joke that Deadpool keeps getting mistaken for Spider-Man.

With Tom Holland somehow involved in the spat, I'm curious how he's going to react. I don't really see him as someone as eloquent with insults like Ryan Reynolds or Chris Pratt are, but I'm sure he'll come up with something that fans love. Maybe he could even reference being taken out of the MCU while he's at it.

We don't know how this AGBO Superhero League works completely, but you can check out the introduction from ESPN here:

Though it mostly has the MCU heroes participating, I think it opens the door for other celebs to participate. I'm waiting for someone to put Zachary Levi or Margot Robbie in the ranks. Hopefully, Henry Cavill or Robert Pattinson would be up for it.
