From the very first appearance of Dottie Jones on WandaVision, she has been enigmatic, hard to decipher, and in fact, many suspected her to be a villain or a third witch, and finally, her personal life will be revealed more in Agatha: Coven of Chaos as teased by Emma Caulfield.
When Emma Caulfield was cast by Marvel in a role on WandaVision, a lot of people suspected that her character will be more than what meets the eyes. She's Sarah Proctor a.k.a. Dottie Jones, the Queen Cul-de-Sac of Westview, but she may not be who everyone thought she is.
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Emma Caulfield revealed her excitement as part of Agatha: Coven of Chaos and with the filming coming soon, she has high hopes for Dottie in the upcoming spin-off series.
Caulfield teased, "I think she could probably level up her personal life a little bit. I don't know what I am. Maybe I'm fabulous." She even added, "It's a wonderful surprise. I can't wait to see."
Speculation still surround Emma Caulfield's Dottie and Agatha: Coven of Chaos may finally be the key to look into the personal life of the character, possibly playing a bigger role in the future of the Marvel franchise.

While the Mephisto theories resonated back then in WandaVision, the reported casting of Sacha Baron Cohen as Mephisto changes the perspective on Dottie Jones who was once speculated to be the villain. Things are now leaning on the other theory on who she is: Arcanna Jones.
See, Dottie's husband in Westview is Philip Jones, similar to the spouse of Arcanna which is Phil. In Episode 2 of WandaVision, when Wanda first met Dottie, their encounter led to a break of reality when Dottie seemingly got out of character, hinting that she may possibly have something in her to break out of Wanda's spell.
In the comics, Arcanna Jones is a member of the Supreme Squadron, a group who has magic in controlling natural forces and could alter light to make illusions.
