Tammy Slaton gave fans a glimpse of her dramatic transformation after losing a massive weight in a post on Instagram Tuesday, March 7, as 1000-Lb. Sisters Season 4 continues.
After a year, Slaton has finally returned to Instagram to show off her latest weight loss selfies. The 36-year-old no longer has a tracheal tube and looks much better.

The reality TV star dropped a number of her selfies, showing her massive transformation. Her hair is now red with loose curls while tied on the back.
She donned a floral top and her go-to eyewear. Slaton didn't put any captions in her post, but her more than 400,000 followers had a lot to say about the change.

"The process is very difficult, life changing and you have made some amazing changes against all odds and such," user jenniferbortel wrote. "I knew mine worked and i was not 'undoing' all the work at about the 5 year mark. You have made amazing personal changes and milestones!"
"The show needs to be renamed! No longer 1,000 Pound Sisters!" user schwartz0403 added.
Several followers congratulated her and said they were all proud of her.

The latest post came after showing her weight loss transformation on February 14. But before that, her last post was already a year ago.
1000-Lb. Sisters Season 4 Update
1000-Lb. Sisters Season 4 gives fans a look at Slaton's marriage to Caleb Willingham after the two met at a rehab facility in Ohio.
In a recent episode, she achieved her weight goal by losing more than 180 lbs. so she could finally qualify for the weight loss surgery. From 717 lbs., she dropped to 534 lbs. The only lbs. she needed was 550.
"When I got on the scale, and I saw the scale was at 534.7, I kinda stopped breathing for a second," she said.

"I'm like 14 lbs. under my goal weight. From over 700, that's a huge drop," she continued. "I'm feeling thrilled, proud, excited — just all the emotions. I proved everybody wrong. Everybody that doubted me, I finally got mine! My told-you-so moment!"
That said, she's now ready to undergo bariatric surgery, though it remains to be seen if the operation has already occurred.
