Charlotte follows the story of pre-adolescent kids who got superpowers when the comet Charlotte passed by Earth. Yuu Otosaka gets to possess any person's body for five seconds. Kaizaki uses it and restarts his life as a high school student again. The premise is quite similar to Tokyo Revengers sans the revenge plot.

7. Orange

Another time-traveling anime sans the vengeance plot, Orange focuses on a high-school romance wherein Takamiya Naho receives a mysterious letter from herself 10 years ahead of her current age. Another yakuza-centered anime; Rainbow is more on the emotional side of being in a gang where a group of teenagers has been transferred to the Shounan Special Reform School as they have committed crimes fit for such penitentiary facility. 3. Shounan Bakusozoku

Gang culture with a mix of high school drama is the main serving of this anime series, very much like the past timeline in Tokyo Revengers. Probably the closest anime to Tokyo Revengers, Erased focuses on Satoru Fujinuma who has hit rock bottom in his life carrying a childhood trauma.
