The Mandalorian Actress Ming-Na Wen Fangirls While Bonding With Star Wars Icon Mark Hamill

It might still be unclear whether Ming-Na Wen will return in The Mandalorian Season 2 but it looks like she's finally getting noticed by a Star Wars legend. The Agents of SHIELD actress recently had an awesome interaction with Mark Hamill and not surprisingly, Wen couldn't help but fangirl over her exchange with the real Luke Skywalker.

Wen recently took to Twitter to rant about her bout of insomnia on social media. Amazingly, her tweet was noticed by Hamill, who responded with a soothing message. "I feel your pain, Ming-Na. Insomnia always seems to strike when you have to work the next day. Maddening!" the actor wrote.

Like any Star Wars fan, Wen was delighted by the response.

"Ok, I'm not delirious from lack of sleep, right? Mark Hamill, my childhood hero, @HamillHimself, tweeted me back....with 'Ming-Na.' HE KNOWS MY NAME! Bitching has turned into geeking out. I'm exhausted! Love you, MH!" Wen retweeted before adding the hashtag #MTFBWY.

We're loving this interaction between Wen and Hamill but is there any chance that their characters will actually meet in the Star Wars Universe? Although it is currently unlikely, we're just hoping to see Fennec Shand again in The Mandalorian Season 2.

The Mandalorian Season 2 will premiere on Disney+ on October 30.
