Well, better late than never right? Morbius star Jared Leto just found out that there is a worldwide epidemic called the Coronavirus aka COVID-19. Many are probably wondering how the actor could just find out about it, asking hypothetical questions like "does he live under a rock?" or "did he get lost in the desert?" It seems like the latter is what happened since Leto stated that he was "meditating in the desert" and had no idea what was going on for 12 days.
It must be nice being really rich and pretentious, huh? Why he had to go all the way to the freakin desert will remain a mystery to me but hey, this is the same guy who gave his co-stars in Suicide Squad various "gifts" because he was really into the character. He must be really fun at parties.
Sorry for dogging on the poor actor, we know that he didn't mean to be ignorant to the world's news. Maybe his meditation was spiritual or something and we'll respect that but he should have brought one person with a phone. Hopefully, he stays quarantined, healthy, and really hydrated so that nothing bad happens to him.
Then again, he is really rich so getting tested won't be an issue for the 30 Seconds to Mars frontman. Idris Elba was able to get tested so it shouldn't a problem for Leto.
Morbius is scheduled to arrive on July 31.
