With Thanos coming and going after the events of Avengers: Endgame, Marvel fans are wondering who the next big bad of the franchise is going to be. What's interesting is, rumor has it that the MCU is currently making plans to bring in one of the most iconic Marvel villains—Galactus, Devourer of Worlds.

This comes from MCU Cosmic, which states that Marvel Studios is currently figuring out a way to introduce Galactus. We don't have any specifics yet, but I'm sure everyone wants Galactus' intro to have something to do with the introduction of the Fantastic Four.

Though Galactus was introduced as an evil cloud in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, I have a feeling the MCU is going to give us his most iconic look—a massive man in purple and blue wearing a pillar for a helmet.

We were already introduced to the concept of Celestials in Guardians of the Galaxy, and we're going to be seeing more of them in the upcoming Eternals. Hopefully, by the time Galactus is introduced, everyone will already be used to gigantic people walking about in the MCU.

Personally, I would love to see a Lovecraftian take on Galactus. He is massive after all, and though Thanos still left half of Earth alive during his Snap, Galactus is going to leave absolutely nothing behind if he wins.

For now, you can catch Avengers: Endgame now in digital. The film hits Blu-Ray/DVD on Aug. 13.
