Avengers Infinity War: Sebastian Stan Said His Shooting Schedule Was ‘Out Of Sync’

Though we did see the Winter Soldier entering cryo-sleep by the end of Captain America: Civil War, Sebastian Stan will be back as Bucky in the third Avengers film. With the huge scope of the movie, however, it seems that Stan had a hard time shooting and says that his schedule made shooting the movie a bit hard.

During a panel at Rhode Island Comic-Con (via ComicBook), Stan commented:

"It's not something you always deal with. I feel like you always kind of have a script. But I guess, what I would say is, because we've done these characters for a bit now, there's a little bit of a telepathic kind of knowledge between us and the writers. And you kind of can sometimes guess where they're going to take it, a little bit."

For example, this one was really hard, because we keep going in and out. I go back there for a week, and then I leave for a month. And then I go back there for a few more days. So it's a little bit out of sync. But it still hopefully adds up in the end."

We don't know the exact reason on why Stan's schedule was a bit erratic, but a lot of fans are excited to see him return to the film. After a glorious resurrection in Winter Soldier, everyone is loving Stan's broody (and arguably cooler) version of Captain America.

The last time we saw Bucky was when he was frozen in Wakanda, but hopefully Infinity War will see him up and about and sporting a new high-tech Vibranium arm. We don't exactly know how his awakening will come about, but maybe the Wakandans need him to help fend-off Thanos.

Avengers: Infinity War is slated for a release on May 4, 2018.
