We haven't been hearing any news about Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite for a while, but now we have a fresh new story trailer confirming the rumors — the villain will be Ultron infected by the Sigma virus, sort of.

Besides the whole storyline with Ultron-Sigma, we also get a confirmation of the characters that are returning for the game. Chris Redfield will be back, along with Strider and Chun Li. On the Marvel side we have Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Hawkeye, and Rocket Raccoon.
As for new characters in the game, we get Captain Marvel and Mega Man X.
This game promises to bring in something else to the MvC world with the use of Infinity Stones in-game. The main guess is that these gems will be acquirable within fights and they'll offer specific power-ups based on which stone is picked up.
You can actually start pre-ordering the game now, but Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite will be available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on Sept. 19.
