Star Wars fans can't wait to see Billy Dee Williams reprise his role as Lando in The Rise of Skywalker. Making his way back to the galaxy far, far away, the actor's appearance has been highly-anticipated especially since Lando became a fan-favorite character in the franchise. Although we have always thought that his full name was Lando Calrissian, we're actually just halfway into learning its entirety.

In a recent press junket held for The Rise of Skywalker, Lando's costume display also included a cane that he will be seen carrying in the film. Fans were excited to discover that Aurebesh letters were written on top of the said cane. These were then translated, and to the fans' surprise, it actually reveals Lando's full name, which is Baron Landonis Balthazar Calrissian III.

The photo was shared on Instagram by user endorexpress who has also provided the translation. You can check it out below.

Although it was seen in his cane, Solo: A Star Wars Story co-writer Jon Kasdan revealed that the name was actually set to be revealed in the film first. It was already recorded by Phoebe Waller-Bridge's L3-37. However, due to time constraints in editing, it didn't make the cut.

It's definitely nice to know what Lando Calrissian is short for, and personally, I think it's a really badass name that fits his suave character really well.
