Star Wars Rebels season 3 is returning with bigger, better and even more explosive episodes as the popular Star Wars animated series features the appearance of a very familiary Jedi in a new mid-season trailer.
A lot of Star Wars fans have been looking forward to the return of Star Wars Rebels season 3. Not only will the Ghost crew have to deal with the newly canonized General Thrawn, the series will be featuring Saw Gerrera’s rebel years before Rogue One as well. What they didn’t expect however, was the return of another Star Wars favorite – Jedi Master Obi-wan Kenobi.
In the newly released trailer, fans get to see Obi-wan in the first frame of the video and in the last, holding out his saber to face with Maul in Tattoine. How much of Obi-wan Kenobi will fans get to see in the second half of Star Wars Rebels season 3?

With Thrawn closing in on Ezra and the rest of the Ghost team, it seems like the Rebel Alliance will be brought up to a wall as the crafty Imperial General moves in to destroy the Rebellion once and for all. Season 3 may be the best season of Star Wars Rebels yet.
