Resident Evil 7 Gets 2 More Teaser Videos

Capcom is getting a hang of rolling out these short clips that offer a closer look at the features in Resident Evil 7: biohazard.

In the first video, players can actually manipulate and rotate objects so they can get a closer look at them. Perhaps the odd thing here is that the object floats in midair instead of being handled by the player's hands, thus giving it an almost poltergeist-like feel.

The nice touch here is that if the object actually has something inside it—as is the case with the box—it actually clinks around. This is definitely a useful feature, especially for those who want to explore the game further.

The other video, titled Imagination, shows the player entering a room with a projector inside. It seems that this clip is teasing some puzzle-solving, especially when we're shown a couple of items that are held over the projector as part of the process.

There have been previous clips like these, which tease some useful features, such as the use of Green herbs for quick healing, the use of knives and other objects in the game, and even the warning that some opponents may actually rise from the dead even after a bullet to the chest.

Resident Evil 7: biohazard will be out on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on Jan. 24, 2017.
