Capcom continues in rolling out some teaser videos that showcase gameplay and some features coming to Resident Evil 7.
For scaredy cats like me, there's no need to fear. Just like the previous two clips, which showcased a shotgun in a box and a mysterious caller, the creepy atmosphere is the worst thing you should get yourself ready for.
The third clip installment, titled Recorder, teases the saving capabilities courtesy of a tape recorder. This seems like a nice shout-out to older installments, which made use of typewriters. We also hear, yet again, that very disturbing sound of a phone ringing throughout the location.
"Take the time to save in #RE7… You never know what will be lurking in the shadows."
For the fourth installment, Stock Up, we see some of the uses of the knife. It looks like it does come in handy—but did that first package really need to be broken open like that? Brute force in a creepy setting does not do well for the heart.
Resident Evil 7: biohazard will be out on Jan. 24, 2017, and it's already available for preorder. It will debut on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. There's also a deluxe version sold for $89.99, which already comes with the base game and season pass for three more story chapters.
