Nintendo NX May Be Revealed Soon

There are a lot of new hints as to Nintendo's plans for its newest console, the Nintendo 3DS.

New reports have popped up, hinting at the possibility of a nearing reveal. Among the newest reports come from Macquarie, a financial advisory firm (via Seeking Alpha), which hinted that the reveal of the console may come as early as the coming week.

Speculations are now ramped up that, even though the Nintendo NX is supposed to be one of the shining hopes for the company in terms of console gaming, there may be some disappointing predictions ahead. As per the financial advisory company, the pegged price is somewhere between $300 and $350, which puts it on the same level as its closest rivals.

This suggests a premium take on the Nintendo NX, though there have been previous reports that the hardware for the new console may not be as advanced as expected, which could lead to the hinted disappointment for Nintendo.

Nintendo has not yet commented on these new hints. But considering the timeline, it is about time that fans get some word on when the Nintendo NX is coming. There aren't a lot of hard facts floating around in relation to the console. The only official thing we heard from Nintendo was that it is aiming to improve on the way it communicates its expectations for the upcoming console.
