Marvel Inhumans’ Who’s Who Revealed in New Character Sheet

Marvel's Inhumans may not be as popular as other group dynamics in the Marvel universe. However, they are still getting their own show sometime later this year with a real hype totting behind it.

For those who are not familiar with the Royal Family and their very silent King, a new video from That Hashtag Show reportedly has the character breakdowns that will be used for the series.

Seen below, the video introduces the seven members of the Royal Family, starting with leader and king Black Bolt. Perhaps the most well-known in the family since his inclusion a number of Marvel games, Black Bolt is known for his very powerful sonic voice, which can deliver a grand re-landscaping with just a hushed whisper. Despite his destructive pipes, he is pretty quiet and private, and makes great use of look more than his voice in showing who's boss.

His wife, Medusa, is almost like Cersei, doomed to spend her days in the shadow of her husband's greatness. She's the kind of beautiful woman who wants others to see her substance, as there is a lot to it. Medusa is what you get when you combine beauty with badass for breaking rules.

Maximus plays the role of Loki to Black Bolt's Thor. He may be younger in years, but his wits are always working overtime when it comes to trying to find a way to usurp Black Bolt from the throne. Deception is a big part of his game plan.

Karnak is another member of the Royal Family whose greatest asset is almost fox-like in nature: he knows the weaknesses and flaws of anything. When you have a mastery of martial arts, he can pretty much take down anyone with their Achilles' heel.

Perhaps a good foil to Karnak is Gorgon, the more brash and impulsive member who's into all the good things in life or men, women, wine, and winning fights. He has hooves for feet, so you better get out of his way during a fight. Triton is the one with the most different looks, if only because he has an amphibian's body that requires constant hydration.

Crystal is the youngest of the group, but she also wields the greatest power. While she lords over the four elements, she will also be portrayed as a headstrong young girl who loves her family but also her independence, traits that might make her a great target to those who are looking to bring conflict to the family from within.

From the descriptions alone, Marvel seems to be aiming for a more classic look and take to the characters and probably the storyline for Inhumans. Here's to the consistent expansion of the Marvel cinematic universe.
