Marvel's Inhumans Gets A Showrunner, More Details

Marvel fans better get ready for the royal family's new adventure. Marvel has finally named the much-awaited showrunner for Marvel's The Inhumans.

Scott Buck, known for his work in Dexter and Marvel's Iron Fist, will be at the helm of the project as Executive Producer, Marvel announced. The show will supposedly "explore the never-before-told epic adventure of Black Bolt and the royal family." So obviously, this is an exciting time for fans of the previously not-so-explored-and-exposed family.

While there are not a lot of details revealed yet for the series, Marvel has already confirmed that the first two episodes will make a debut in IMAX commercial theaters. This is a first for live-action TV series, as they aren't always showcased in such a big manner.

"The series, produced in conjunction with ABC Studios and filmed entirely with IMAX digital cameras, will run worldwide exclusively in IMAX for two weeks at the beginning of September 2017."

Following this, ABC Studios will also showcase a premiere for the series come fall, with more content that can be exclusively seen on the network alone.

It's good to see Black Bolt and his family be in the spotlight for a while. Apart from the series, we've also seen them dominate some Marvel games. Black Bolt has even received his first standalone comic, so we'll surely be seeing a lot of the royal family next year.
