With Avengers: Endgame concluding the Infinity Saga and Thanos killed off, it sort of left the Guardians of the Galaxy at an interesting place. Especially since the movie showed 2014 Gamora being present after the events transpired with the help of time-travel. Their future is a bit blurry, but the sequel could be the best one of the trilogy yet.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Nebula actor Karen Gillan offers us a little bit of information regarding what to expect in the upcoming film. Well, she can't reveal what'll exactly happen yet. However, she has read the script for Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and she believes that the movie will be the "best of the trilogy."

"I know that we're all really excited to have James Gunn back as our fearless leader," she added. But for now, she assures that the cast and crew are all "looking forward to getting back together."

In a previous interview, the actress was also gushing over the story, describing the script as something "amazing" and "wonderful." Gillan admits that "it wouldn't have felt right" without Gunn to complete the trilogy.

Aside from Guardians, Gillan also revealed that she has already completed her voice work for Marvel's What If…? She says it was "very good" and "funny." The actress thinks it will be "great" for fans to get to see their favorite character in alternate realities.

For now, plot details are yet to be announced, but Nebula will surely have a lot to catch up on with her sister Gamora.
Guardians of the Galaxy 3 also doesn't have a release date yet.
