Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Gets One of Gunn’s Favorite Voice Actor

Perhaps it was bound to happen all along. Given that he has lent his voice in Guardians of the Galaxy, it's no surprise that Rob Zombie has confirmed via Twitter that he is also involved in the sequel.

Zombie revealed that he is back at Disney to record for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, and director James Gunn was quick to back it up, saying that it won't be his film unless Zombie's voice was there.

This is because Zombie has been in almost all of Gunn's films. In Slither, he voiced Dr. Karl. He was also God in Super, and he had even voiced Ravager Navigator for the original GotG movie.

We have yet to know what his role will be in the sequel, because the most that Zombie would reveal is that he was "recording a voice" for the movie.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 will be out in theaters on May 5. It stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel (as Groot's voice), Bradley Cooper, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki, Chris Sullivan, and Kurt Russell, who will be playing Star-Lord's father, Ego.project.
