There has been plenty of speculation on the casting of David Ayer's Gotham City Sirens, particularly who will be playing as Catwoman. Currently, there is no official actress assigned to the role, but there is some indication that Baby Driver actress Eiza Gonzalez will be portraying the character. Believe it or not, all these rumors are based on famous DC figures following the actress on Instagram.
Earlier this year, DC's Geoff Johns followed Gonzalez on Instagram, which kicked off the first batch of rumors. As soon as that started to die down, a number of notable DC figures started following her as well. David Ayer is the latest one to follow her, which kicked the rumors into overdrive since he is working on Gotham City Sirens.

Reddit fans also uncovered the fact that Gonzalez cut her hair and now sports a long bob, which a lot of fans were quick to point out is similar to a hairstyle Selina Kyle had. Admittedly, this does not match the current look Catwoman sports, but it is a good look for the actress. She did show her acting prowess in Baby Driver and would be a good fit for Kyle, though fans might take some issue with her possible relationship with Ben Affleck's Batman.
No release date for Gotham City Sirens has been revealed.
