Final Fantasy XV Collab With Terra Battle Happening on April 27

Final Fantasy XV may be getting a new free update to bring in the afrojack sword and a few adjustments to the title, but it's also slated for a new partnership before April ends.

Terra Battle developer Mistwalker has recently announced that it has formed a collaboration with Final Fantasy XV to roll out a new event for the smartphone title.

Over the official website, the developer also presented a neat little face-off art of sorts featuring a face-off of titles. Starting April 27, fans can expect three quests that are related to the Final Fantasy XV franchise.

These quests are named after Noctis' own companions, Gladiolus, Ignis, and Prompto, all of whom are supposed to come to the world of Terra Battle.

"Familiar enemies from Final Fantasy, such as the Behemoth and Titan will be making their return in these special quests. To accompany the Final Fantasy inspired quests, we bring you a new composition by Nobuo Uematsu, ‘Bond' which can be enjoyed throughout the battle. Lastly, completing the quest, you will have a chance to roll ‘Noctis.'"

Overall, this new set of quests from Terra Battle does seem like a great tie-up, especially if you are a fan of both franchises. Mistwalker's announcement may be the first of a few, since it has also teased a "special collaboration" still with Final Fantasy XV in the works.
