Deadpool Drops Details of Exciting Blu-Ray Special Features

It isn't a joke. The Deadpool Blu-ray is really arriving on May 10. During April Fool's Day, Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds himself announced the release date of the Blu-ray of the Merc with a Mouth's film.

As it turns out, the announcement wasn't a joke. Now, the exact contents of the special features of the Blu-ray has been revealed via Deadpool's official Twitter account.

To be included in the special features are extras, which contain a Gag Reel; Audio Commentary with Tim Miller and Rob Liefeld; and Audio Commentary with Ryan Reynolds and writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese.

As expected, Wade Wilson included a few comments in the announcement, including the words "of balls" added to "Deadpool's fun sack" and Wernick and Reese being "the real heroes." Of course, Deadpool's pose in the tweet is completely his personality.

The Deadpool Blu-ray is now available for pre-order on Amazon.

From the looks of it, fans of the film won't be disappointed about the Blu-ray as much as The Force Awakens fans have become upset about the Star Wars movie's DVD copies, which apparently didn't include any features or extras.

The Deadpool Blu-ray and DVDs will arrive on May 10.
