Who is Cassandra Nova?

As described by Marvel.com, Cassandra Nova is a member of a species of bodiless parasites composed of living emotional energy known as the "Mummudrai" and they appear to every being in utero shortly before birth as their ultimate opposite.

In this case, she is the twin sister of Charles Xavier as she copies his DNA and creates her own body. However, Charles senses her monstrous thoughts and attempts to kill her which results in her stillborn-looking body.

They are also telepathically entangled and, as a result, Cassandra also has psionic powers. However, the difference is she has a dark ideology and is bent on destruction and genocide.

The most well-known act that Cassandra has done in the comics is leading an army of Sentinels to massacre millions of mutants in Genosha.
