Avengers: Thanos Actor Claims Marvel Won't Do Any More Massive Team Ups

Avengers: Infinity War and its sequel are going to be the biggest movies Marvel Studios has ever worked on. These movies will have characters from The Avengers, Doctor Strange, Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and much more. It's clear that these two films will require a lot of work and if Josh Brolin is right, it looks like these films will be the last time we see movies of this size and spectacle.

Speaking with Collider, the actor who will be portraying Thanos in these movies has said that this is a one-time deal for Marvel Studios. All three phases of the MCU have been building up to these two movies and it must have been difficult making the script for these movies while trying to juggle the giant roster of characters.

"I think that they're in a position very openly and rawly where they're like, 'We would never do this again. This is a one-time deal. To put this many successful actors together is such a pain in the ass, but it's been worth it. We're doing two movies. One back to back, and this is it for us. Then we'll go off in another direction."

Considering the amount of characters in the film and the stars portraying them, no one can blame anyone in Marvel for feeling this way. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears are being poured into these two movies, but they should be worth the wait when they come out. Fans thought it was revolutionary when The Avengers first came out in 2012 and had Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America teaming up, so the third film having more characters and continuity is going to be massive.

Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters next year on May 4, 2018. The unnamed Avengers 4 will be shown on May 3, 2019.
