Could Ant-Man and the Wasp star Hannah John-Kamen be returning for Avengers 4 next year?
The Ready Player One star might be playing Ghost in Marvel's Ant-Man sequel, however, comic book fans pretty much know that the character used to face Iron Man and the Avengers in the comics. Though fans are yet to see Ant-Man and the Wasp in cinemas, some have been wondering whether Ghost survives the film and whether she'd make an appearance in the Avengers: Infinity War sequel, Avengers 4.
Speaking in an interview with the Toronto Sun (via Express) to help promote her upcoming Marvel film, John-Kamen was asked whether fans would be able to see her appear in the conclusion to Marvel's two-part Avengers movie. However, the actress decided to play coy.
"I'm so happy with the amount of characters that I get to interact with in [Ant-Man and the Wasp]," she told the publication. "In terms of the original comics, yes the character Ghost was with Iron Man and the Avengers, but I don't know what the future holds."
Of course, there's still the question of whether or not Ghost makes it out of Ant-Man and the Wasp alive. However, while the film has yet to premiere, so there's still the off chance that Ghost might survive and appear in Avengers 4. Let's just wait and see what happens.
Ant-Man and the Wasp hits cinemas July 6.
