D3 Go! has released the launch trailer for Magic: the Gathering – Puzzle Quest. The game combines the match-3 gameplay of Puzzle Quest series with the themes of the Magic multiverse.
Players will battle rival Planeswalkers and monsters through match-3 puzzle battles, earning levels, collecting spells, creatures, enchantments, and artifacts along the way. I'm a big fan of the Magic trading card game, and I enjoyed playing Pokemon Puzzle League for the Nintendo 64 back in the day, so seeing both elements in this game looks fun to me. I'll probably try it out. Watch the trailer below:
Developed by Hibernum, Magic: The Gathering - Puzzle Quest will be available worldwide to download for free on the Google Play and the App store on Dec. 10.
