It’s a pretty fun trailer, and it’s a mash-up that kind of comes out of nowhere. Then again, I just realized that Samuel L. Jackson, who frequently collaborates with Tarantino, was absent in OUATIH. Funny how that’s the thought coming from this trailer.
With everyone being forced to quarantine and self-isolate, the internet is coming up with more creative material to help get through the boredom of staying at home. Surely this won’t be the last mash-up we’re going to get down the line. At some point, I’m kind of excited to see what memes are going to come out because of this lockdown.
Going back to Star Wars though, Lucasfilm has decided to take a hiatus of box office films, with the next movie set to come out in 2022. Rest assured, Disney+ will be providing us with more Star Wars series throughout the next few years. Besides the second season of The Mandalorian, we’re also set to have shows centered on Rogue One’s Cassian Andor as well as Obi-Wan Kenobi. There are even rumors going around that Ahsoka Tano is getting her own live-action series with Rosario Dawson, but nothing official has been announced yet.
For now, we wait for the second season of The Mandalorian which comes to Disney+ this October.
