Black Widow will be releasing in a few days both on cinemas, and Disney Plus Premier Access for an additional cost of $30 on top of the monthly or annual subscription rate, and that, itself, raises the question if the film will be released for free on Disney Plus like that of Cruella and other films which had their premiere on the streaming platform. Luckily, there is already a release date confirmed so far.
The film has been highly anticipated even before the pandemic hits but the long-awaited solo movie of the belle of the Avengers, Black Widow, has been constantly pushed back by the various circumstances and many fans are kind of just used to it as they already expect another delay in the release of the film.
With Disney and Marvel deciding to release the film in theaters before streaming the film on Disney+, in order to make way for those who wish to stay indoors and still be able to watch the film on the same day of its theatrical release, they made it available on Disney Plus Premier Access but with an additional cost of $30 on top of the monthly or annual subscription price.
Black Widow will be set in between the events of Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War where Natasha Romanoff is running away from the consequences of the clash of the Avengers in Civil War where she heads home to her family to reconcile with her past.
Natasha will be teaming up with the Red Guardian, Yelena Belova, and Melina Vostokoff as they take on the Taskmaster who is responsible for the Red Room, the red on her ledger that she has been carrying the burden ever since.
Will Black Widow Release For Free on Disney Plus?
Yes, it will be released for free but you are going to have to wait a little longer to be able to watch it. The film is slated for free release on October 6, 2021, and until then, the film will be available for an additional $30 should you wish to watch it already. If you have the fear of missing out, the Disney Plus Premier Access to Black Widow will remain until the schedule of the free release arrives.
