There is no holding back for Venom: Let There Be Carnage as its release nears, especially now it has been moved once more to an earlier date following the success of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, and tickets for the film are now available for local screening having its runtime revealed under its Fandango listing clocking it with 90 minutes. The rating of the movie is also out.
The Fandango listing of Venom: Let There Be Carnage gave away its run time with a solid 90-minute mark. Recently, comic book movies even reach beyond two hours but in this case, it would be just an hour and a half, brief but concise.
While some fans are excited to see how solid that 90-minute runtime would be, some are disappointed as the wait they had was too long only to get such an amount of time. Both sides of the coin are understandable. The pandemic definitely took a toll on almost everyone, and various opinions arise with the arrival of the highly anticipated films.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage was also given a film rating and it will be PG-13 which means "for intense sequences of violence/action, some language, and thematic material" and parents are strongly advised that some of the parts of the film are not appropriate for children under 13 years old.

While this indicates that there are scenes of the film which would require strong parental guidance, it also means that there are a lot of sequences that will give us the action we have all been yearning for and lacking over the years given the global pandemic delaying most of our highly anticipated films. Some hoped for a more violent version of the movie, an R-rated one, but it has been toned down.
