In Tokyo Revengers Episode 23, End of War, the title is true to its story as things finally settle in with peace. Takemichi was taken by Draken to a brothel where he grew up being raised by the workers there. Hinata, Naoto, and Takemichi saw Emma and Mikey looking like they are in the middle of a romantic date so they decided to spy on them and follow them.
When Draken showed up, he explained that Mikey and Emma are half-siblings, sharing the same father. Later on, Takemichi attended his very first Toman gathering, finally a full-fledged Toman member. When Hanma arrived, Draken announced that Toman and Valhalla will finally come to terms and settle all the disputes between the two groups.
