Spider-Man: Far From Home May Have Set Up The Fantastic Four In The MCU

Warning: This article contains spoilers for Spider-Man: Far From Home

Spider-Man: Far From Home just arrived in cinemas this week and it looks like Marvel fans have already been able to spot some of the film's biggest Easter eggs, including one that might help set up the stage for the arrival of the Fantastic Four.

At the end of the film, during Far From Home's mid-credits scene, fans get to see Tom Holland's Spider-Man swinging around New York City heading towards MJ. While he tries to get there, the wall crawler lands right in front of the Avengers Tower (once the Stark Tower). Now, it looks like the building is under construction again, this time belonging to someone else after being sold off in Spider-Man's first standalone movie, Spider-Man: Homecoming.

There at its base, fans have spotted what seems to be a tease for the Fantastic Four.

On the fence guarding the construction over at the Avengers tower is a sign saying "We can't wait to show you what comes next. 1, 2, 3, ?"

Could this be a sign that the Fantastic Four were the ones who purchased the Avengers Tower?

This is definitely an interesting tease, though it seems like Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige refuses to confirm it for what it is.

Speaking in an interview with ComicBook.com, the Marvel producer calls the tease as mere speculation.

"I didn't see a sign there yet," Feige said, "I always think the speculation fuels it, whether that speculation is correct, as it sometimes is, or if that speculation is wrong, as it often is."

Guess we'll just have to hold on and wait and see whether or not Marvel really meant it as a Fantastic Four Easter Egg.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is currently screening in cinemas.
