Namor Reportedly Set to Appear in Marvel’s The Eternals

Marvel's The Eternals movie might be set for release in the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, however, it seems like fans don't know too much about the upcoming Marvel movie.

Marvel has yet to make an official confirmation about what's to happen in the Eternals, however, there are rumors going around that the film may introduce one of Marvel's biggest characters – Namor.

Taking to Twitter, a Marvel fan going by the name Ahmed Maged just recently shared a post saying to have knowledge of Namor in The Eternals. According to the fan whose post has been shared on Reddit, he was able to run across and speak with the film's young Syrian actorZein Alrafih. The actor didn't give that many details away, but he did describe his character in the movie to be a "kid whose father gets killed by sea monsters."

This character will reportedly be seen in older ages as the movie goes along. Alrafih will also be replaced with an older actor in later parts of the film.

Though Alrafih doesn't necessarily name Namor, the description does seem to fit the back story of Namor, one of the oldest characters in Marvel comics. For those who aren't familiar with Namor, the superhero is the mutant son of a sea captain and a princess of Atlantis. The hero possess super strength, aquatic abilities, and for some reason, the ability to fly.

Namor has been rumored to appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for quite some time now, and while we do suggest that fans take this new report with a grain of salt, it would make sense for the Eternals to come across Namor given their history with Earth.

The Eternals is set for release on November 6, 2020.
