Does Avengers: Endgame’s Poster For Loki Prove His Return?

Marvel Studios just recently released thirty-two different character posters for Avengers: Endgame this afternoon, and the Marvel fanbase has been going crazy. The posters come in two different styles – colored images for characters that managed to survive Thanos (Josh Brolin) Decimation and black and white images for those that fell victim to the Mad Titan and his mission to bring balance to the universe.

While the posters were mostly unsurprising, fans were shocked to find fan-favorite Black Panther genius Shuri (Letitia Wright) lumped in with all the others that were dusted during Endgame. They were also pleasantly surprised to see Marvel confirming Valkyrie's (Tessa Thompson) status in Endgame, revealing that the hero had survived the Snappening.

Now, fans are wondering whether the posters could mean more. Along with the heroes killed during the Decimation, Marvel released posters for a few characters who died right before Thanos snapped his fingers. This includes the Mad Titan's adoptive daughter, Guardian of the Galaxy Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Age of Ultron's Vision (Paul Bettany), and of course, Asgardian God of Mischief Loki (Tom Hiddleston).

Could these posters mean that Gamora, Vision, and Loki somehow be part of Endgame? While it's possible that both Gamora and Vision will see some kind of resurrection in the film, Marvel previously confirmed the reality of Loki's death in the film. Many expected the Asgardian to have tricked Thanos in the film, however, Joe and Anthony Russo have long since confirmed the finality of Loki's fate.

What do you think? Could we see Loki's return in Endgame?

Let's wait and see.
