Star Wars Rebels: Shroud of Darkness Features Ahsoka and Crew Exploring Jedi Temple

Lucasfilm Animation and Disney just teased the March 2 episode of Star Wars Rebels: Shroud of Darkness with new stills and a new clip (via the Star Wars YouTube channel).

We already know from the second half of the Season 2 trailer that Ahsoka, together with Kanan and Ezra, will be stepping foot on Lothal's Jedi Temple:

Fans will have a feast with the upcoming episode since it's filled with many fan-favorite characters like a visual projection of Yoda (voiced by Frank Oz) and Anakin Skywalker (voiced by Matt Lanter), not to mention half-alive Jedi Temple Guards.

Take a look at the photos which include Kanan fighting off a Jedi temple guard and Darth Vader's appearance:

The episode's official description are as follows:

Kanan, Ezra and Ahsoka return to the Jedi Temple on Lothal to find out how the Inquisitors have continually been able to track the rebels. Seeking the advice of Yoda, who is once again voiced by Frank Oz, the three will experience powerful visions that reveal the future, the past, and old friends long gone.

Star Wars Rebels: Shroud of Darkness will hear the voice of Sarah Michelle Gellar as the Seventh Sister.

It appears a big mystery will finally be answered in the upcoming episode, most likely Ahsoka learning of Anakin as having become Darth Vader. It also looks like Yoda has some words of wisdom for Ezra for his Jedi training.

Star Wars Rebels will return with a new episode on Disney XD on Wednesday, March 2 at 9:00 p.m., ET/PT.
