Star Wars Concept Art Has Rey Wearing Han Solo-Inspired Duds

The ending of Star Wars: The Force Awakens had Rey wearing her Resistance outfit, and it pretty much carried over to what she was wearing in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Thanks to some concept art, however, we get to see that there's a version of Rey's Resistance hear where she looks a bit like her first father figure, Han Solo.

The blue looks close to the same jacket that Han wore from Empire Strikes Back, and the pants look very much like the ones he wore for A New Hope. With Rey taking the Falcon for herself, and everything, it would have been cool to see her find some of Han's old clothes and repurpose them for herself.

Then again, I'm still happy with the look that we got in the movie, tough I am confused as to why she would wear her Jakku duds again (but this time blue). I'll admit, I thought the praetorian guards looked pretty goofy in their armor, but the moment they sprung into attack mode, I was immediately sold.

Luke Skywalker's peaceful and solitary existence gets upended when he encounters Rey, a young woman who shows strong signs of the Force. Her desire to learn the ways of the Jedi forces Luke to make a decision that changes their lives forever. Meanwhile, Kylo Ren and General Hux lead the First Order in an all-out assault against Leia and the Resistance for supremacy of the galaxy.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is now out in theaters.
